Job Description

Implementing procedures, systems and forms for monitoring the attendance of branch employees and their various types of vacations and amending forms when necessary, in addition to implementing the attendance monitoring system and ensuring their commitment to official working hours.

Implementing policies and procedures for annual, sick and emergency leaves and other leaves specified in the approved vacation and leave policy and implementing the procedures for promotions, secondments and end of service and recording all employee incidents in accordance with the approved systems and procedures.

Dealing with employee complaints, comments, requests and inquiries in a professional manner and raising problems, if any, to the department manager effectively

Updating information related to employees and providing it to the employee services team by recording and documenting all information related to the entity’s employees, such as promotions, training courses, and matters related to salaries and benefits

Preparing specialized documents and reports related to human resources operations and providing appropriate recommendations and appropriate solutions and presenting, clarifying and storing them in its database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
